About
Hi I'm Heather, I've been interested in holistic and complementary therapies since childhood. My grandfather studied homeopathy and we inherited his wooden box of ancient tinctures. My mum, a physiotherapist, later joined my dad in his work as clinical director of a charity helping brain-injured children. Together, they taught families how to support their children’s recovery through nutrition and tailored physical and educational therapies. The results were often remarkable, especially for children who had been given little hope by mainstream medicine. From a young age, I was encouraged to think outside the box and to believe in the body’s ability to heal.

I completed an introductory massage course at 18 and have enjoyed offering massage to family and friends ever since. In my twenties, I trained in Reiki (Levels 1 and 2) and earned a diploma in Crystal Healing. While raising my family and working as a veterinary nurse, I continued to nurture my passion—especially during 16 years at a holistic veterinary practice, where I deepened my knowledge of homeopathy, herbal medicine, flower essences, and vibrational therapies. I also regularly attended a spiritual healing group during that time.
Now that my children are grown up, I’ve returned to holistic healing in a more focused way. I recently completed a Level 3 Diploma in Massage Therapies, which has reignited my passion and allowed me to expand my offerings.
Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how holistic therapies can support healing on many levels—for myself, my family, and my clients. I believe we are energetic beings, and that physical symptoms often reflect imbalances in our emotional, mental, or spiritual health. Treating the physical body alone may suppress symptoms temporarily, but true healing involves addressing the root causes.
While I value mainstream medicine, I also believe in supporting the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. My aim is to offer a nurturing, intuitive approach to healing that helps restore balance and harmony.
