Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage combines traditional massage techniques with the application of smooth, heated, basalt stones to promote relaxation and alleviate a range of physical and emotional conditions. It is one of the most soothing and relaxing forms of massage and usually combines the placement of hot stones on and under the body and the therapist holding them in their hands to perform a range of massage techniques including deep tissue massage if appropriate.
